The United name dates back to 2005, when Tami (Team Lead) and her husband started a different business, combining appraisals and home inspections. When it was time to grow Tami's real estate business, it was natural to return to their roots and bring back the United name. Now called The United Group RE/MAX Elite Team, Tami is able to use both her real estate and appraisal experience to lead a new generation of agents.

Tami takes the lead with training and mentorship, bringing homes to market and assisting both buyers and sellers. Amanda runs the marketing, staging, client retention, and also works with buyers and sellers. Regardless of who your first contact is with the team, you'll likely get to know them all. They truly make a point of living by their motto "United, We're Working for You!"

We bring a wealth of knowledge on local communities throughout Snohomish County and north to the Canadian border.  We stay current on market conditions, interest rates, and loan programs that can benefit both our sellers and buyers. Buyers get a personal consultation meeting with Tami and Amanda, and oftentimes these meetings include a lender, to help answer all their questions.  Sellers get an onsite consultation meeting with both Tami and Amanda.  With Tami to discuss options and strategies for pricing, as with Amanda to discuss staging.  Staging can typically increase a seller's profit by 8% or more, and along with professional photos is a cornerstone to our seller's success.
